A few weeks ago, I saw a video of a prime minister that went viral. He was on a field trip to a hospital, and in the middle of a conversation, he quietly pulled out a notebook and started writing. No big speech and no newsworthy action. Just a leader capturing something that mattered.

It reminded me of a moment years ago, one that shaped how I think about leadership. Its not the kind that commands attention, but the kind that notices, records, and remembers. Sometimes the most valuable person in the room isn’t the one with the title. It’s the one who brought the notebook.
